"Faded Arcades" is Simon's debut solo album. Recorded at Strange Reality Music in Snaith, East Yorkshire between 2017 and 2019 by Chris Miley, who also co-produced the album with Simon.

Guitar-based indie-pop organically grown from acoustic roots - an ambitious debut solo album jam-packed with earworms by one of Yorkshire's finest songwriters.

Alongside Simon (vocals, acoustic and electric guitars, songwriting) the album features Kristian "Joon" Robinson (drums), Jeff Parsons (guitars), Stephen Ferguson (guitars), Jonny Hughes (guitars), Lucy Williams (vocals), David Leighton (cello), Carl Leighton (violin and viola), Matthew Smith (saxophones) and Chris Miley (bass guitar, keyboards, percussion and backing vocals).
